|Kevin Coleman is a native of Ross County, a 1987 graduate of Paint Valley High School. While attending OU-C, and Ohio University in Athens, he wrote a monthly column for the Chillicothe Gazette and was active with local historical and preservation groups.
In 1993 he graduated from Eastern Michigan University with a master’s degree in Historic Preservation. He is his own small company, Intrepid Heritage Services, which was formed to work with individuals and groups wanting to help acknowledge and preserve history, prehistory, and architecture.
Kevin's hobbies include photography; exploring the outdoors on foot, bike or auto; and architecture and geography. In 2003 he moved from a historic district in Columbus to a historic home he is working to preserve a few miles north of Chillicothe. He is the past president of the Chillicothe Restoration Foundation.
